Terms of Service

The rules for using GMG360.

Effective October 28, 2026

1. About the service

GMG360 is an internal tool operated by Abdullah Tarek that connects Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager to AI assistants. It is available to invited users only. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and activation keys

  • You need an account and an activation key issued by an administrator.
  • Keep your credentials and key private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may revoke a key or suspend an account at any time, for example if it is misused or no longer needed.

3. Your Google accounts

You may connect only Google accounts and properties you are authorized to use. GMG360 acts with your permissions. You are responsible for changes made through it, including changes your AI assistant makes on your instruction, and for following the terms of Google, your AI provider, and the clients whose accounts you manage.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to break the law or Google’s policies.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Probe, disrupt or overload the service, or try to bypass its limits.
  • Share your key or account with people who have not been invited.

5. Review changes before relying on them

AI assistants can make mistakes. Check the changes your assistant proposes, especially anything that affects spend or live tracking. Results from the service may be incomplete or delayed because they depend on Google’s systems.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and Google user data.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, may change or be withdrawn, and may be unavailable from time to time.

8. No warranty and limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GMG360 is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or advertising spend resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Independence

GMG360 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Anthropic or OpenAI. Product names are trademarks of their owners.

10. Changes and contact
